Tri Star Career Compact held their annual awards banquet Monday evening at Romers in Celina. This is the tenth year for the awards ceremony that honors the outstanding students in each program as well as one educational partner.
Tri Star Director Tim Buschur began the ceremony by presenting the outstanding educational partner award to Crown Equipment Corp. Crown has been a very strong supporter of, and generous donor to, Tri Star and career technical education.
Assistant Director, Brian Stetler, followed by honoring 30 of Tri Star's top juniors and seniors representing 16 different programs. Students were recognized as outstanding by their instructor and/or peers for their academic achievements, dependability, leadership, academic excellence, maturity, growth in their program, participation in student organizations, volunteerism, work ethic, professionalism and character.
