2026 TS House
The 2026 Tri Star house project:
1225 Shinn Drive (Wheatlands Subdivision), Celina, OH
Each year, Tri Star senior construction students build a single-family home from foundation to finish. The junior construction class contributes labor and talent to the project as well. All students learn a wide variety of construction related skills, including basic rough and finish carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, painting, flooring and more. They train both through the construction of the house as well as in the construction classroom. The result is a beautiful ranch home that anyone may purchase.
The 2025-26 Tri Star house will be sold at auction in June of 2026. There will be several open houses prior to the sale. Please check back to our website for details.
