This year, the 2025 Tri Star house is being built in the Wheatlands Subdivision, Celina, OH at 1240 Brittany Dr. A few of the features of this single-family home include:

• 2,210 square feet of living space
• A 3-car garage
• A full basement with a safe room and plumbing ready for a downstairs bath and shower
• 2 1/2 baths
• 3 bedrooms
• Covered back porch

The ‘Tri Star’ house will be sold at auction in June when construction is complete. Several open houses will be held in the Spring prior to the sale so interested buyers may view the home before the auction or a private viewing may be arranged. The ‘Tri Star’ house is built by Tri Star’s senior construction students with the help of the junior class. Parts of the house project are also completed by local subcontractors due to the expertise needed for that particular skill.
