The 2016 Tri Star house was sold by public auction Thursday evening, June 9th at the house at 1359 Touvelle St., Celina. The bidding lasted about 45 seconds as there was only one individual bidding. The home sold for $224,900. Congratulations to the new Tri Star house owner!
