Tri Star Career Compact is offering a ServSafe class for adults at the Education Complex (585 E. Livingston St.), Celina. The 17 hour class will run May 14th and 15th from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and May 23rd from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Early enrollment is recommended as class size is limited. Individuals who pay for the class in advance will receive their book and should begin to prepare before class starts.

Cost is $175 which covers the class, all books, and testing.
