Todd Smith, the one and only welding instructor Tri Star Career Compact has ever had, will be retiring at the end of the school year. In appreciation for providing well trained welders over his 32 years of teaching, Crown Equipment Corp. presented Smith with a token of their appreciation. Crown representatives Randy Niekamp and Pete Fulk stopped by the welding lab in St. Marys recently to drop off the gift and say thanks.
