Are you looking to purchase a new home in the near future? We have a place for you!
Every year junior and senior construction students get a unique opportunity for real hands-on education by building a single family home from foundation to finish. The students learn a wide variety of skills, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, that can be used in a future job or career. The finished home will be sold to the public by auction.
You can buy this year's house, located at 1355 Touvelle Street, Celina at the annual auction on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. (pictures at the end of this post). The minimum starting bid will be $229,500.
View the house by private tour by calling Tim Buschur at the Tri Star office at 419-586-7060. The picture at right shows the seniors at the house they built. Pictures of the entire house are at the bottom of this post.
