Tri Star Career Compact’s Annual Open House

Monday, January 13^th

5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

This is the first Annual Open House in our new facility. Traditionally, this Open House is aimed at students interested in a Tri Star program. High school sophomores preparing to enroll at Tri Star, as well as eighth and ninth grade students who have been on a Tri Star visit typically attend the event along with their parents. As always though, the public is invited to tour our facility, meet our instructors and check out the state-of-the-art equipment.

OPEN HOUSE HIGHLIGHTS

• WSCM radio will be doing a live remote prior to the Open House
  
• Representatives from Rhodes State College, University of Northwestern Ohio, and
  Wright State Lake Campus will be here to answer questions

• A special session on College Credit Plus will be offered in the Star Room from 6:00 to 6:30 for students interested in earning college credit while in high school/Tri Star
  
• Scholarship information will be available from The Mercer County Civic Foundatio

• Tour the new facility
  
  
• Flags Raffle - Construction class holding a raffle of wooden American, Law Enforcement, and Firefighter flags. All proceeds go to local first responders. The flags were made by construction students.

• Investigate 14 programs including: Ag. Industrial Technology, Animal Health, Automotive Technology, Career Based Intervention, Construction, Early Childhood Education, Engineering Technology, Graphic Communications, Interactive Media, Information Tech./Cybersecurity, Med Prep, Precision Machining, REC Tech, and Welding Click on any of the above programs or open the programs from the menu at the top of the homepage.
