Tri Star's senior construction students began work late last summer on the 2020 Tri Star house and had much of the home completed before the COVID 19 crisis suspended classes. However, construction teacher, Brett McGillvary, continues working alone to complete the house so that it will be ready for auction in June.
Plans are for the 2,045 square foot single-family home to be auctioned to the public on Thursday, June 18th at 7:00 p.m. The home, is located at 6799 Lake Acres Drive, Celina, and is near the new Tri Star building, Wright State Lake Campus and Grand Lake. It sits on a full basement and will include landscaping. Updated photos below.
Interested buyers may call the Tri Star office at 419-586-7060 or email Tim Buschur at tim.buschur@tristarcc.org for a private tour.

A NOTE about the photos: Please forgive the mess! Many photos of the house were taken while work was in progress and so you will see lots of tools, equipment and supplies in these photos. We wanted you to be able to get an idea of the house but as mentioned Mr. McGillvary is still working to complete this project. Go to Tri Star's facebook page for a video with a less messy view. Thanks for your patience as we (I should say he) complete the house.
