The American flag was handmade by Tri Star construction students and was presented in appreciation for all the work that Pappas and Associates has done for CCS member schools. Pappas and Associates represents and lobbies for the Ohio Association of Comprehensive and Compact Career Technical Schools (CCS) in Ohio, of which Tri Star is a member.
