Automotive Technology Students Make Donation To Eternal Scholarship
Braden Klosterman and Diego Mora, junior automotive technology students, met with Rod and Barb Carpenter Tuesday morning to present the couple a check for the Tri Star Eternal Scholarship Fund.
Rod Carpenter announced earlier this summer that he plans to run his ninth marathon to benefit career tech students by raising money to establish an eternal scholarship fund. Tri Star's Junior and Senior Auto Tech classes decided to donate a portion of the money they have raised from various activities to help the Carpenters reach their goal of $100,000 for the scholarship fund.
The Tri Star Eternal Scholarship Fund is an endowed scholarship fund which means the fund will be able to provide yearly scholarships forever. For more information and ways you can donate please go to the full story HERE.
A big thank you to the automotive technology students for such a generous donation to the Tri Star Eternal Scholarship Fund!
