Construction Students Help Build Hand-up Village
Tri Star Career Compact Construction teacher, Brett McGillvary, and Assistant Director, Brian Stetler, recently met with officials from the Hand Up Village and St. John's Builders of Celina. The groups made plans to coordinate their effort to expand the Hand Up Village just outside of Celina. Tri Star students will pre-construct the framing for a new cabin and St. John's Builders will complete the project. Thank you to Mr. McGillvary and the construction students for contributing their talents to this project to help the homeless in Mercer Co.
