It’s “Sophomore Visits” week at Tri Star! Sophomores, who are considering enrolling in Tri Star, visit two programs of their choice during the afternoon session of classes. While at Tri Star, they work alongside current Tri Star students, taking part in the everyday hands-on projects and technologies used in that specific program.
They also learn what they can do with the skills they will develop, such as, go straight into the workforce or continue on to college. The visit is designed to help sophomores make a good decision about whether a Tri Star program is right for them. All nine area feeder high schools visit Tri Star throughout the week with Fort Recovery, Minster, and St. Marys ’s visit on Tuesday, Celina, New Bremen, and New Knoxville’s visit on Wednesday and Marion Local, Coldwater and St. Henrys’ visit on Thursday.
Sophomores and their parents will also have an opportunity to check out Tri Star during an ....
