Congratulations to the 2022 Tri Star house owner, Mindy Hays!
The 2022 Tri Star house at 6785 Lake Acres Dr. was sold by public auction Tuesday evening, June 7th. A large crowd watched as two local realtors bid against each other for their clients. The results were a record sale for a Tri Star house with the winning bidder, Mindy Hays, purchasing the home for $426,000. Thanks to all who came out to watch the auction and support Tri Star's construction class. See photos of the house at the bottom of this post.
