• All NEW students will need to create a FinalForms account. To begin, use the QR code that was sent to you in your acceptance letter to get started.
  
  An icon and link have been added to this website on the homepage (under the news stories in the left column) here for returning students. Students who are returning to Tri Star for the second year should check to make sure they have completed everything in their FinalForms account.
  
  Note: Students from Coldwater, Fort Recovery, Marion Local, Minster, New Bremen, New Knoxville, St. Henry, and St. Marys schools will need to create a FinalForms account for Tri Star in addition to their home school account. Only Celina students will be able to use their current Celina FinalForms account. Please call the Tri Star office with any questions (419) 586-7060.
  
  

• Remember to pay your student and club fees PLEASE. We will accept fee payment at the New Student Orientation Open House on August 19th (Cash or check only). Fees can also be paid after the start of school and should be given to your teacher. A list of class fees can be found here. Students are required to pay their fees before they can start their job for Early Job Placement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT DRIVING AND PARKING:

Tri Star students are not required to purchase any type of parking permit. They may park in any space in the west (or main) parking lot that is not marked 'Staff', 'Visitor' or 'Van'. Only those vehicles with a handicap sticker or license plate may park in the spaces marked 'Handicap'.

Students are expected to be courteous when entering and leaving the parking lot. The speed limit is 15 mph. Drivers are required to yield to pedestrians.

And finally a warning: Driving is a privilege that can be taken away. Students who drive erratically, speed out of the parking, or get ticketed for a driving offense by local law enforcement, may be required to ride the bus for a period of time as a reminder that safety comes first.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ABSENCES:

If a student is going to be absent, a parent MUST call the absence in BEFORE a class period starts (7:30 A.M. for juniors and 11:45 A.M. for Seniors).
Call the Tri Star office: 419-586-7060.

If the absence is medical, the student is required to bring in a medical excuse to the Tri Star Office within one week after the appointment. No call or note will result in an unexcused absence.

If school is scheduled at Tri Star but the student's home school does not have school, the student is still expected to be at Tri Star. A student will be counted as unexcused if they do not attend Tri Star. Note that these types of absences can affect whether a student receives certain types of scholarships.

If Tri Star does not have school but the student's home school does, the student does not need to be at Tri Star but is required to be at their home school.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CONDUCT:

Students should read the Tri Star student handbook so that they understand what is expected of them. Tri Star's rules are different than the home school.

Be courteous and kind to teachers, fellow students, Tri Star office staff, custodians, everyone!

Students should come to Tri Star prepared for class and give their best everyday. They should expect to learn and have a great experience.
