They Aren’t Sitting in Class!
It doesn’t take any time at all for Tri Star’s senior construction students to start their senior project, the 2025 Tri Star house.
Woehrmyer’s Concrete of Minster poured the foundation/basement this summer, so the worksite was ready for students to begin work on the single-family home. And, sure enough, just three days into the new school year the students are busy adding the sole-plate and floor joists in preparation for framing the new house.
Students will work on the home throughout their senior year completing it by the spring so that it is ready to be sold at auction in early June. Anyone from the public may purchase the home at the auction.
