Going once, going twice, SOLD! Alexis and Derek Waterman are the proud new owners of the 2024 Tri Star house built construction students. CONGRATULATIONS!

The 2024 Tri Star house is located at 1248 Brooke Ave and was sold by public auction Thursday evening, June 6th. Pictured at right are Derek and Alexis with construction instructor Brett McGillvary (far right) and (on the left) two of the senior construction students who helped build the house. Below is the couple with their daughter as they put their signatures on the contract. A large crowd watched as the couple were the only bidders for the beautiful house which sold for $409,000.
