Several Tri Star programs have adopted the use of uniforms in their programs. Pictured is the Manufacturing and Machining Tech class with their new shirts. Ag. Industrial Tech. and Auto Tech. also received new shirts joining Welding, Construction, Animal Health, and Med Prep who already wear a shirt or uniform scrub.
If you are wondering, there are a variety of reasons why uniforms are being used; among them:
* safety purposes (due to the type of equipment used)
* to identify as a class or profession (for example scrubs for medical careers)
* to prepare for real world jobs and demonstrate professionalism
* and, to keep everyone looking nice and neat, of course (Don't the machining students look great?).
* Uniforms make it easy to get dress and they reduce the wear and tear on your own clothes and puts everyone on the same level.
