February is Career Technical Education Month and Tri Star has organized several activities in celebration!
Our slate of activities for the month include...
Early February:
• County Commissioners’ Proclamation in Honor of Career Technical Education Month
• Career Awareness Coloring Pages - Look for these coloring pages in local restaurants for youngsters to color.
• Distribution of Tri Star/CTE Month bookmarks to all associate school staff
• Thank You treat boxes delivered to all associate school offices
• Thank you letters mailed to Early Placement Employers
• Tri Star Staff featured on WCSM's Spectrum

• February 13th: SCAVENGER HUNT: “Discover A Piece of Tri Star”
3rd and 4th Graders Craft Night and Tri Star Building Scavenger
Hunt. 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

• February 26th: CAREER AWARENESS NOTEPAD CONTEST

5th and 6th Grade. Prizes awarded.
• February 28th: SENIOR SHOWCASE
Seniors showcase the skills they have been learning to older important adults in their lives from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. This event is by invitation only and is for older adults - Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles.
