This is a “suggested” checklist from the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce when it comes to onboarding students for Early Job Placement or a Job Shadowing experience to help set them up for success and really get to learn about the organization/business as a whole. Some things may not apply depending on the experience agreed upon for the student.
