Needs to be preplanned with proper signatures for approval
Student must complete Job Shadowing Form A prior to the job shadowing experience, please make a digital copy of the Google Doc, it is the student's responsibility to fill out, print and turn this form into the main office.
Student must complete Job Shadowing Form B, a physical copy that comes from the Main Office, after submitting Job Shadowing Form A.
Students who do not complete both Forms A and B will be marked absent, regardless of what the students submitted to their home school.
