Pay your student (or class) and club fees. These can be paid during the First Year Student Night Open house, in the Tri Star office, or given to your teacher. A schedule of fees for each class can be found here.
PARKING:
Be courteous when entering and exiting the parking lot. The speed limit is 15 mph.
REMEMBER: Driving is a privilege that can be taken away if you drive erratically or recklessly. Note that if you receive a traffic ticket from local law enforcement for speeding or other violations, your Tri Star driving privileges may be taken away and you may be required to ride the bus.
ABSENCES:
If you're going to be absent, please be sure to have a parent call in BEFORE your class period starts (7:30 A.M. - juniors and 11:45 A.M. Seniors). Call the Tri Star office: 419-586-7060. A written note from a parent for the absence should be given to your teacher or the Tri Star secretary in the main office.
If your absence is medical you are required to bring in a medical excuse within one week. No call or note will result in an unexcused absence.
NOTE that Tri Star follows the Celina Schools calendar. If school is scheduled at Tri Star but your home school does not have school, you are still expected to be at Tri Star. You will be counted as unexcused if you do not come to Tri Star.
If Tri Star does not have school but your home school does, you do not need to be at Tri Star but you do need to be at your home school.
NEW this year: Tri Star will use a three-hour delay when needed during inclement weather. For Tri Star students, this means there will only be an afternoon session with seniors (no morning session).
CONDUCT:
Read your Tri Star student handbook so that you know what is expected of you. Tri Star's rules are different than your home school.
Be courteous and kind to your teachers, fellow students, Tri Star office staff, custodians, everyone!
Come prepared to learn and give your best everyday.
