Tri Star Director, Tim Buschur and Asst. Director, Brian Stetler, recently presented information about Tri Star to the Greater Fort Wayne (GFW), Inc. and four Allen County, Indiana school superintendents. Both directors said they were honored to be sharing Tri Star’s successes with a group located out of state.

Buschur and Stetler were invited to speak to GFW, Inc. (the chamber of commerce and economic development organization for Fort Wayne & Allen County, Indiana), after representatives had toured Tri Star and expressed interest in learning more. At their presentation to the GFW and superintendents, the two directors shared about Tri Star’s career compact model of operation, its successes, cost effectiveness, and collaboration with local businesses, and how “outside the box” thinking has led to so much being accomplished.
