Happy Career Technical Education Month!
February is set aside by the Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) to celebrate and raise awareness of career technical education.
Career Technical Education (CTE) provides students of all ages with the academic and technical skills, knowledge, and training necessary to succeed in future careers and to become lifelong learners.
That is what we do at Tri Star Career Compact. Over the last 40 years, we have worked very hard to serve our nine feeder schools and communities: Celina, Coldwater, Fort Recovery, Marion Local, Minster, New Bremen, New Knoxville, St. Henry and St. Marys.
We celebrate these communities, as well as local businesses and individuals, who have supported our career technical mission. This is the 5th year at our new facility and campus at 7655 State Route 703, Celina and we're grateful! We enjoy a wonderful facility and campus every day and if you haven't seen it up close yet, please come take a look when you have the opportunity. Thanks to everyone who made it possible.
We celebrate our Tri Star graduates and the many successes they have had. These students have made an important impact in our communities and will continue to shape those communities in the future. We're looking forward to meeting the next round of students who will benefit from career technical education.
We would also like to celebrate our staff. They are dedicated to the career technical mission and we thank them for providing the career technical training and guidance our students come here for.
Let's all celebrate Career Technical Education Month!
