Tri Star Career Compact recently hosted a scavenger hunt for third and fourth graders from Auglaize and Mercer Counties. These students, along with their parents, participated in a building wide scavenger hunt using clues to guide them to individual programs. When students arrived at the classroom, they found "goodies" representing each program to add to their Tri Star backpack. Parents received a gift bag of treats as well.
The students also created a cute, wooden egg easter decoration. The students painted and pasted their creation with the guidance of Mandi Diller, Teaching Professions instructor, and her students served as guides and helpers throughout the event.
This is Tri Star's third scavenger event which provides students and their parents an opportunity to explore the building and become familiar with the wide variety of opportunities offered at Tri Star.
